Held every 2 years, AusRAIL PLUS is the larger of the two AusRAIL events. AusRAIL is the largest rail event in Australasia and is supported by the leading industry associations, including the Australasian Railway Association (ARA); Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE); Railway Technical Society Australasia (RTSA); & the Rail Track Association Australia (RTAA).
The agenda highlighted the theme ‘Rail – Moving the Economy Forward’ and looked into rail’s role in enhancing Australia’s productivity, liveability and international competiveness, while exploring the policy, planning, funding, reform and collaboration required to ensure a better rail future for all.
