On the 7th March 2013, the day when the Euroasia 2013 Fair was opened, the ArcelorMittal stand was visited by the Spanish ambassador Mr. Cristóbal González-Aller, as well as the under-secretary for Infrastructures Mr Manuel Niño and the under-secretary for Development Mr Mario Garcés.
They were very interested in the agreements and contracts carried out in Turkey for the supply of rail products, both for the high speed rail link Istanbul-Ankara, as well as for the metros and trams they are undertaking together with future projects.
Later there was a reception held at the Residence of the Spanish Embassy in Istanbul where the aforementioned people attended, together with representatives of the Turkish railway, TCDD, metros, trams and important people from the world of infrastructures in Turkey.
